Collection
A treasure trove of artworks amassed over the years by Rodney Muhumuza, a literary man and cultural producer in Uganda. The journalist, essayist, short story writer, editor, educator, gallerist, art critic and collector is based in Kampala.
The collection includes paintings and sculptural works by the most important local artists at work, men and women whose pictures would hang in the national gallery if Uganda had one. They are, nearly all of them, masterpieces, curated with care and the knowledge that the priceless works of art must be kept in Uganda.
