This beautiful ceramic jug was acquired from Collin Ssekajugo’s Amasaka Gallery in 2024. The collector felt it was one of a kind, the overflowing grey of its tortured brim somehow bringing one in mind of volcanic activity. Indeed, there’s a rather volcanic artsyness, so to speak, about this piece.
